香りは，私たちの生活に密接にかかわっています。日々の暮らしを豊かにするもの，しかし，香りのことをよく理解しておかないと，知らないうちに周りの人に大きな影響を与えてしまう。
もっと，香りのことを科学的な視点から，理解してほしいと思っています。
Fragrance is inextricably linked to our lives. It enriches our daily lives, but if we don't understand fragrance well, it will give many troubles on the people around us without knowing it. I would like people to understand fragrances more from a scientific point of view.
香りについて
＜においとは何？＞ 花に顔を近づけると，花のいい”におい”がする。何が起きているのか？鼻からにおいの元であるにおい分子が鼻の嗅覚受容体に到達する。そして，それが，ニオイに伝えられる。その脳で，花のいい香りであると認識される。この一連の過程を経て，人はにおいを感じている。においを感じるには，まずにおい分子なるにおいの元が必ずある。では，におい分子とは何か？
